Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Ana Stanciu services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all photography services, consultations, and related work.

2. Services

Ana Stanciu provides professional food photography services including but not limited to:

• Restaurant and menu photography
• Food styling and photography
• Brand photography for food businesses
• Social media content creation
• Photography consultation services

3. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your photography session. Payment terms will be outlined in your specific contract. Final payment is due upon delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Copyright and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, Ana Stanciu transfers full copyright and ownership of the final delivered images to the Client. The Client is granted unrestricted use of the images for their business and promotional needs.

Notwithstanding this transfer of ownership, Ana Stanciu retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use all images created during the project for her professional portfolio, self-promotion, social media, and general marketing purposes. No further compensation or notification is required for such promotional use.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract, typically 2-4 weeks after the shoot. Images are delivered via online gallery or file sharing service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual contracts. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund

7. Liability

Ana Stanciu's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We carry professional liability insurance for covered incidents.

8. Force Majeure

Ana Stanciu is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

9. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
